The Ohio University Alumni Association launched the Bobcat Store in April 2007 to assist alumni with finding Ohio University items. The Alumni Association is partnered with a local merchant to serve you best.
Shipping times may vary, as the Store has limited inventory; however, most orders ship within one week of purchasing.

Returns
The Ohio University Alumni Association will gladly exchange merchandise or refund the purchase price* of Web store items. Exchanges are available for items purchased within 45 days. Returns are accepted within 30 days of merchandise purchase. Please read below for additional information.

* The Ohio University Alumni Association cannot be responsible for packages lost during return shipment. It is highly recommended that packages be insured and are traceable.
Exchanges
Items being returned to the Ohio University Alumni Association for exchange must be in original condition and include your receipt or a note with your name, address, Email address, phone number and order number. Exchanges must be made within 45 days of purchase.
Refunds
A full refund of the purchase price, in original form of payment, with a receipt, is available for items returned within 30 days of original purchase. Merchandise must be in original condition. Purchase price does not include shipping and handling or other additional charges
